Chrissy's Biography

Chrissy Kiehl was born and raised in Pittsburgh PA.  At 21 she moved to Orlando FL and became a Tour Guide for The Backstage Studio Tour at the Disney (then MGM, now Hollywood) Studios.  It was during that time that she picked up some extra work on TV shows Seaquest DSV and Second Noah, that she began to fall in love with acting.

Off a friends recommendation, she also began studying voice, speech, accents and dialects with Ginny Kopf.  From there things took off and in 2000 she began a voice partnership with Flinch Studios.

Chrissy has worked with The Walt Disney Company, Microsoft, Yahoo, Pepsi, Magicworks Ent,  Mindcomet and even the City of Laredo Texas; voicing everything from a parody of  Madonna's first appearance at the MTV Music Video Awards to a woman who loves living in garbage.  Her favourite piece of work so far is that of the infamous Harley Quinn in the Batman Short, Batman: New Times.  In it she got to voice an iconic character alongside the talents of Mark Hamill and Adam West.

Around the same time as learning voice over, she started taking classes at SAK Comedy Lab in Orlando.  There she learned short form inprov and moved through the ranks to become an apprentice before moving to Los Angeles.  Once in LA, she continued her studies at The Second City Training Center and further at Improv Olympic West, where she is currently performing a two person show called Date Night.

Beyond all of the opportunities that have come her way, she is still a Pittsburgh girl at heart.  She knows what to do during a football game when it is 4th and inches, depending on what quarter you're in and how far ahead or behind your team is at that moment.  She feels the greatest moment in music was when the Sex Pistols played the Lesser Free Trade Hall in Manchester, June 4th 1976.  She is a certified dork and holds a black belt in said field.  Something she is very proud of in fact.
